Todd Likins


After more than 25 years onboard a variety of vessels, Captain Todd still has a passion for being on the water. He was raised in San Diego where he learned how to sail, racing with local yacht clubs in the bay. After the 1987 America’s cup he found himself crewing and racing on different sail yachts with one of the highlights being a race from Venezuela up the Baltic into St. Petersburg, Russia. He eventually found himself skippering motor yachts, most of which were busy charter yachts, his favorite! Todd is a true California boy at heart. In his free time you will find him on a stand up paddle board, sailing, mountain biking, or off-roading. Todd’s optimism and positive attitude is a sure win for crew and guests aboard. Captain Todd will make sure you’re stay on M/Y I Love This Boat will be an experience you’ll never forget.

Hayden Smith


Hayden grew up in Gulfport, Mississippi boating in the bays, bayous, and the Mississippi sound. Hayden often spent his downtime playing sports, and if you did not find him on the field you could find him on the water. Growing up on the water whether it be fishing, swimming, or just cruising around, Hayden developed his boating skills and the love for being at sea. Hayden attained his first job in the marine industry at the age of 19 as a dock attendant in Gulfport, Mississippi. Working as dockhand, Hayden was exposed to the yachting industry where he joined his first Yacht at the age of 21. By dedicating himself and working hard, Hayden was able to step into a Mate’s position at the age of 25. Hayden strives to be as hardworking and driven as possible, and looks forward to giving you the dream vacation aboard I Love This Boat!

Troy Shumaker


Troy was born in Virginia, but spent most of his childhood in San Fransisco, California “The Golden City”. Living by the San Fransisco Bay, Troy has always been interested in boats, especially fixing them. At a very young age he started to purchase, refit, and flip small boats for a profit. Ever since then he knew he wanted to pursue a career in the marine industry and when the time came he went to a Marine Technician School and shortly after got his first position on board a yacht. Later on, he went on to get his US Coast Guard “Designated Duty Engineer 1000” license.

Carson Reddick


Carson was born in Houston, Texas. His most brilliant mother was out boating with his excellent father on Galveston Bay when his mother’s water broke. So, you could say his natural affinity for water was something he was literally born for. At the age of three, his family moved to Tennessee where they lived on a small farm just outside of Nashville. Carson grew up playing and sailing on the lakes of middle Tennessee which fostered his love obsession with the aquatic lifestyle. Carson attended the University of Tennessee where he competitively raced sailboats at the varsity level. During his Junior year, he went on an academic hiatus to attend a maritime academy in Florida. After that, he began his yachting career! Carson’s hobbies are spearfishing, paddle boarding, and airplane piloting. He cannot wait to show y’all a good ole time on the water!

Treva Porche


Hailing from the Deep South, Chef Treva Porche brings a touch of southern flavor to the galley. Over the last 18 years, Chef Treva has worked in kitchens across the USA and the West Indies, bringing a continental touch to his preparations. From the Island of Manhattan with Chef Laurent Torendel’s pastry shop at the TAO Restaurant Group’s Arlington Club, to the Virgin Islands now lost Caneel Bay Resort Sushi, he shows his cooking has a variety as varied as the colors of the sea. Head Pastry at the locally revered Craig and Sally’s in Frenchtown, St. Thomas, he became a well known name in island fare starting in 2012. Having attended the Art Institute of Atlanta for baking and pastry, the Court of Master Sommeliers, and having worked in every facet of food service, no detail is too small. Now aboard I Love This Boat, allow him to take you on a culinary journey to match the trip of a lifetime!

Katie Leetz


Katie, from Kansas City, Missouri, is a mid-west girl who found herself swept up in yachting around four years ago. She has always had an affinity for the ocean, it’s wildlife, and being in the water. These things, plus her hospitality experience, have led her to have a successful career as a yacht stewardess. Most of Katie’s yachting career has been based in the United States Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands, which she now considers a home away from home. When she’s taking a break from the boats, one could find her pursuing some of her other passions: skiing, traveling, hiking, yoga, and reading. Some of her favorite places she’s visited are the French Riviera and Queenstown, New Zealand. Katie hopes to make your stay on board M/Y I Love This Boat as wonderful and fun as possible.

Tracy Chandler


Tracy was born and raised in sunny Miami, FL on a sailboat. She spent most of her childhood in the crystal blue waters of the Bahamas. The sea is where she feels most at home so naturally the yachting industry called her name. Since she joined her first vessel in 2013, she has been cruising the waters of the Bahamas, Caribbean, and New England, giving her guests great memories and the best experience possible along the way! Whenever possible you’ll catch her looking through the lense of her camera; capturing the beauty in the surroundings that yachting provides.
